Not So Polite Dinner Conversation – Another TrueChristian(tm) steps up, Part 3

(Woody is at it again. Rather than have this as another comment, here is my response to Woody’s latest series of baseless claims in an easier to read format. I go into evolutionary theory a bit more in this post. You can read his whole post at the link above but the choicer bits are here in italics.)

Yes, Woody, Darwin predicted that people would find evidence of evolutionary theory in the future and suprise! they did.  Glad to see you lying about the finch beaks too.  Hilarious that you find you must lie and so badly.  Much more than a tenth of a millimeter.  And again, you show that you willfully ignore my explantion of the scientific method.  Oh and “one college book author”.  Poor Woody, can’t supply a name?  More appeals to authority and too inept to mention the authority.

Oh please do. Tell me exactly how Boyle’s law (the absolute pressure and volume of a given mass of confined gas are inversely proportional, if the temperature remains unchanged within a closed system) impacts the BBT.

Your pastor insists that he knows that the “rapture” is coming in the “near future”. That’s a prophecy, Woody. And I do love how you aren’t concerned with Hovind claiming degrees from a unaccredited school.  I wonder, is your college accredited or not? Why did you choose one or the other?  No, saying a school is accredited doesn’t mean those who go there are smart.  It means that they are held to a standard.  And yes, accreditation has *everything* with the quality of education received. You’d best realize this before you waste your money and have a potential employer laugh in your face. It’s also cute that you want to call people marxists too.  Again evidence that they are? Where is this intent to cause a revolution?  But why I asking, you haven’t a clue what Marxism is either.

And of course, the poor Christian now has no time to answer actual questions.  Yep, Woody, you came here all sure that you had the answers and that everyone would bow to your wisdom and intellect.  When you found that was not the case and there was no external validation to be had, you want to run. You have claimed that you know that the bible is the truth. And now you say “I know I can’t prove the bible” was from your god. So, at least you’ve admitted that.  It would be nice if you would correct your website to say the same thing. But I know you won’t. I’ve already shown it was not with the ridiculousness of the compilation. And again, no evidence for this god doing anything, much less the bible. You have not addressed “every error”, and neither have your supposed “authorities”, so that’s a lie too. Nice try to avoid having to answer questions bu declaring them answered without evidence is again nonsense.

You do claim the KJV was translated from “originals” but now you try to claim you have not.  Right here:

“If the Bible is God’s book (as all Christians accept) what it says is true. If it says it cannot have errors and that it is preserved from the pure original (as THE PEOPLE I ADDRESS it to [those who believe it when they want and say it has a conflation, interplation, etc., when it sutes them]) then anyone’s LOGIC, accepting these truths accept it thusly. The Bible has never been shown to be wrong!”

It’s sad when you think you can lie in a written preserved medium.  And golly, Woody, I’ve never asked for a “photo” of anything.  I’ve asked for evidence. Nice strawman argument.  All you’ve got left isn’t it? And I’m not the only one asking for evidence so again, another lie from you to excuse your inablity to provide one shred of evidence.

A quick lesson, if there are no capabilities for caps for an post, the standard english usage is to use asterisks to denote emphasis around a word. Using caps is a long known bit of nonsense on the internet for trying to act like a bully and it’s considered “shouting”.

And what “credentials” would you like to see?  Let me guess, anything I show you would be rather like President Obama’s birth certificate, open for any damn fool to say it was a fake, again with no evidence. As for the codes, please do show me a prediction it has made that has come true and that was revealed prior to the event. Certainly you have one, don’t you?  We can start with that as a one thing.
