In unrelated news, have you heard of Pebeo ceramic paints? I’ve been playing around with them and I think you;d love working with them.

oh those are so cool. I used them to make a plate with my heraldic device on it (a made up one through the medieval re-creation group I used to be a member of). What are you using them for? I demand pictures 🙂

I really really really wanted a Chinese yellow monochrome vase to make into a lamp – but unfortunately my budget doesn’t come even close to allowing for a good one with the more striking yellows; so I decided my best option would be to try to reproduce one myself. After testing a few paints, I realised the pebeo ceramic looks like real glazed porcelain 🙂 depth depends on amount of layers, but I’m going to get there!!!
