Not So Polite Dinner Conversation – a gauntlet picked up

A Christian woman has made a whole post about me, and how wrong I am. She has earlier posted about atheists and I showed how she was wrong. Unfortunately, she still has no evidence for her claims and fails rather amusingly in her attempts at gaslighting. Here’s my reply, and there are other ones from me to her comments on her own post at her website. Thanks, friends for posting comments there too. It’s rather fun to see how she fails again and again, pleading for us to give her the external validation she craves.

As usual, little is new here, just the usual refutations of cultist nonsense. More memes at the bottom! A bunch since I had to reassure myself that there are rational people in the world.

Oh dear, a whole post devoted to me with nothing to show that the Christian god exists at all.

So, was your husband cheating on you?  What evidence did you have?  Unsurprisngly, your story fails rather badly since you have no evidence for your claims about your religion.  Having evidence for one doesn’t mean you have evidence for the other.   I wonder, was it your god or humans that made it safe for you to return?   And why weren’t you smart enough to leave your husband far earlier or did you believe the lies in your bible that you couldn’t unless there was evidence for adultery? 

You still have no “truth”, dear, when it comes to your cult.  Your attempts to do no more than gaslight me fail.  Evidently your nonsense of “There is nothing in this world I wouldn’t give today to know the Truth about anything” is simply false, since you persist with this baseless nonsense that has no evidence to support it. 

I do enjoy your impotent threats. 

Nope, I’ve not noticed your complete nonsense of “nearly everyone on this planet believes something is fundamentally wrong, even if there’s massive disagreement on its cause” sincen that is no more than more lies from you.  I don’t find that humanity is going to “self-destruct” at all, so your continued attempts at gaslighting are still failing.  Mental health problems since it is okay to admit to mental health problems, rather than hide them.  And it depend on where one is if suicides are high.  Usually in places that rely on lies like religion rather than actual help. 

The world isn’t on fire, and it’s always great when cultists try to makeup problems that don’t exist to get people to join their cult.  That’s all  you are doing.  No hope in your imaginary friend that does nothing.  The response I have is to help others, it’s notable that that isn’t yours.  You just want to lie about your cult.  Curious how there is no one Christian god, so no one is kicking it out of anywhere.  As always Christians don’t do any better than anyone else, despite their lies. 

Dawkins is an idiot, and no, dear atheists don’t worship him or agree with him.  Your appeal to authority fallacy fails miserably as usual.  No one needs your cult to have a good life, and since there no such thing as “cultural Christianity”, you fail again.  There are many, many versions of Christianity, and you poor cultists hate each other more than anyone else. 

Your pleading for external validation are pathetic.  You have no reality dear, just delusions.  Your sadistic little fantasies will never come true.  You are a fraud. 

I was a Christian and found out that neither god or jesus or the nonsense in the bible are true.  YOU offer the ignorant pascal’s wager, and it’s always great to see just how ignorant christains are when you can’t even think that pitiful nonsense through.  I lose my morality, time and resources if I believe in your baseless nonsense. 

Occam’s razor says the simplest is true. Curious how your splintered cult is not simple, and not a single one of you self-professed Christians can do what your bible says, showing it’s a fraud too. 

I’m a geologist dear, and there is no evidence for your cult’s lies about that idiotic flood.  No evidence for your god, and no evidence for the exodus.  Christians can’t even agree those things happned at all as they are described, so you fail miserably *again*.  A flood as decribed would have left one massive layer, sorted within itself.  All fossils would be sorted by their hydraulic characteristics, not by complexity as we see.  There would be no many layers each sorted within itself.  You can do your own experiment to show this, get a clear container, fill it with various kinds of sediment and water and shake it.  You won’t see separate layers, so your bible lies. 

There is no evidence for 600,000+ people and animals leaving Egypt, despite the bible giving their route.  No trashpits, no graves, no latrines.  Not one of egypt’s trading partners or enemies noticed them losing all of their food, their army or a sizable number of their population. 

No evidence of any supernatural creation, either version.  No one noticed any certain guy wandering around roman-occupied Judea being followed by a literal roman legion’s worth of men. No one noticed any certain day where there was a major earthquake, the sky darkening and dead jews wandering around roman-occupied Jerusalem during a Passover.  Funny how even the other gospel writers didn’t notice that one.

I have no problem with that silly question, dear.  I may believe in this god but I certainly wouldn’t worship such a pathetic failure.  I’d get a couple of Abrams tanks and kill it.  As always, you have to invent an excuse why you can’t give evidence, since your “evidence” is no more than baseless claims and you need someone to already be in the cult for them to agree with such baseless garbage. 

No sin, and poor Christians can’t even agree on what their god considers a sin, so no reason to think your lies any more true than theirs.  I know exactly what I’m doing, little failed gaslighter.  Your impotent threats don’t’ work on those not in your cult.  Your god, if the bible is true, is a homicidal, genocidal idiot that kills people for things they don’t do and supports slavery.  I am far more moral and loving than your abusive “father”. 

Nope, your imaginary friend created nothing.  I don’t’ need to be humble to a viciously stupid imaginary being or you.  NO evidence that your imaginary friend exist just like how there is no evidence that Allah exists, Tezcaltipoca exists, that Wankan Tanka exists, etc.  I don’t’ trust imaginary things and cultists like you. 

Your cult is nonsense, your holy spirit is garbage and you fail.  Curious how this god can’t do anything at all, and kills no one.  It’s as impotent as you are.   It’s great that your imaginary friend is nothing more than a cut rate mafia boss. 

Per your bible, this god doesn’t’ honor anyone’s desire, and has already chosen who it will allow to accept it, damning the rest for no fault of their own.  No need to worship such a piece of crap like that.  It’s also great how you cultists can’t even agree about your “hell”, since you all make up what you want. 

Dear, if your god wants me to worship it, it can come to me.  Why would it need an incompetent human being like you to pass on its message?

Time’s not running out at all.  Your end times lies are just that, lies, 2000+ years of complete failure.  And gee, more impotent threats and appeals to fear, like any cultist.
