I didn’t watch the state funeral of President Jimmy Carter, but I have seen christains taking a fit since John Lennon’s song “Imagine” was sung by Garth and Trisha Yearwood at it. (memes at the bottom)
It was one of Jimmy and Rosalynn’s favorite songs, and President Carter asked for it to be sung at her funeral. Curious how these idiot christians manage to show that Jimmy was a good man that happened to be a christian, and being achristian doesn’t make you a decent person.
What i find most amusing about this is that so many christians claim they have no “religion” but a “relationship”. Seems that they must have forgotten that dodge they often try.
