Not So Polite Dinner Conversation – yep, the christians are lying again

There’s particularly vile Christian who tries to scare people into the cult by claiming that if you don’t agree with them you’ll likely commit suicide, and makes other baseless claims. It’s typical nonsense, and shows just how this cult trades on fear and ignorance.

Yep, they are quite the vicious idiot with their lies:

“The repetition of the first human couple’s expulsion from Eden by flaming sword. Withdrawal from the community. Revulsion of healthy and moral interpersonal contact. Isolation by ultra-materialist ego-centration-ism. Ultimately, all connections become severed, torn, reduced to hedonistic utilitarianism, the mind populated by desirous phantasms, or worse, demonic entities emboldened by the isolated person’s separation from his Prime Source and Protector, God.

Thus, the solitude, loneliness, the melancholy, depression, void, emotional vacuum, and eventually neuroses and psychoses birthed by these mentally caged and banished states become too much that it crushes the loner-ego-soloist. End result? Animosity and distancing from Life Itself, so much so death and self-destruction becomes an attractive, last act of overly freed will.”

and my response, which I’m curious if they’ll try to change it.

as usual, Christians must use fear and ignorance to exist. Curious how christians try and commit suicide and succeed despite the promises of their magic book.

“13 No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.” 1 corinthians 10

” 6 Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Phillipians 4

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit.” Psalms 34

I always enjoy when christians intentionally lie. Of course, you’ll probably try to blame those christians, since they make your claims lies. You’ll try to blame the victim rather than question why your god failed.

“Others become die-hard atheists, who not only feel anger and hate toward God, but worse, try to convince other people to separate themselves from their Divine Family and become wholly immersed in the mercenary world of allied yet internally isolated narcissists.”

No, we aren’t narcissists. It’s lovely when an ignorant christian chooses to bear false witness against others. There is no “divine family” and it’s hilarious how christians constantly attack each other, since they can’t agree on who are the True Christians. We are simply humans who have concluded that there are no gods. Just like you who concludes that there are no gods but your particular one. We are just as charitable and kind as any christian. We aren’t “anti-life, anti-family, nihilistic, self-hating ” either. It’s a shame you have to lie so incompetently.

I wonder, will you try to change my post and lie about that too? It’s always curious when christians seem to think that their god is too stupid to notice, or it will forgive them when they intentionally ignore it.

The blogger cite various research and unsurpisingly, what those papers have shown is that being poor, being alone, and conflict are stronger risk factors.

Risk factors for suicide in adults: systematic review and meta-analysis of psychological autopsy studies

Many religions have a prohibition against suicide, the threat of punishment. There is no evidence any religion is true or any gods exist. So all we have is a perceived punishment controlling behavior, not that there is any truth involved. If the christian religion is true, then a single suicide of a believer shows that their claims are false.

Again, the cults fail.

  1. Lying again or still lying?

The claim is ridiculous on many levels. Also, the sword of quilt is one that believers wield so well.

While it appears that atheists commit suicide at a higher rate than most religious people do, both groups do. I am sure that some religious resources help if the believer is practicing the religion. Believers still kill themselves.

I have always advocated a person’s right to die, but that is a complicated issue. I recall reading one Catholic bishop who wrote that there is no such thing as the right to die.

But even practicing Catholics and Muslims commit suicide.
