There is no one Christianity. There are dozens, if not thousands, of contradictory versions. And it seems that the catholics are looking to add to that.

Notable how this god does nothing to sort things out and still no christian can do what their messiah promised. This isn’t limited to one religion and it’s quite a circular firing squad.

Club Schadenfreude 
A god who cared about what humans believed could have given us a method to sort this religious mess all out. Or could have made us smart enough to work it out for ourselves. That points to a god who either doesn’t exist, or is a complete asshole.
