This imagery is from They Live, a John Carpenter movie from 1988. It is about an anyman, played by Roddy Piper (yes the wrestler), and him dealing with aliens who are corrupting humanity. Considering how inhumane the Trumps are, thinking that they are aliens isn’t the most strange thing.
